  • 1:1s to analyse your team’s behavioural strengths in depth, for clarity on what to own vs what to delegate at work, and how your self-perception tallies with how your colleagues see you

  • Workshops for larger groups (handy for ERGs and workplace networks with employees from various teams)

Why Belbin?

While other workplace dynamics tools focus on personality traits, Belbin looks at behaviour, which is observable, measureable and shapeable. The reports also combine self-analysis and input from colleagues, for a more rounded, less subjective take on how your people show up at work. That makes Belbin a useful baseline for understanding and improving workplace dynamics going forward, rather than just giving snapshots of your people’s personalities.

The reports are also quick and efficient: they take ~20mins of your team’s time online, plus ~10mins from 4 of their colleagues (ideally junior, senior and equal to them).
